Training locations will vary by practice and particular sport. Contact Coach Tori for information and a schedule of training sessions and locations.

Training Plans:

In addition to the in-person practices, the Jr. Hammerheads provide training plans through a secure website login. All training weeks are pre-planned and accessed by the athlete from home. Individual coaching is also available upon request.
